Description
This rotational molding tool for producing 2500-liter plastic tanks is a precisely engineered apparatus made from steel, known for it's durability and heat transfer properties. The mold is designed in two main parts with a clamping system to ensure a tight seal during the process, and it features a polished interior surface to achieve a smooth tank finish. During manufacturing, plastic powder or resin is loaded into the mold, which is then heated and rotated around two axes to evenly coat the interior. After achieving the desired thickness, the mold is cooled, allowing the plastic to solidify, and the finished tank is carefully demolded. This method ensures uniform wall thickness and allows for the incorporation of complex shapes, making it a cost-effective solution for producing large-capacity plastic tanks.
