Description
A multipurpose steel tool for plastics manufacturing that produces consistently thick-walled, exceptionally strong hollow products. Popular in many different fields. The mold is composed of two primary components: a clamping system that guarantees a tight seal during the process and an inside surface that has been polished to attain a smooth tank finish. Once the mold is filled with plastic powder or resin, it is heated and spun on two axes to coat the inside evenly. Careful demolding of the completed tank follows cooling of the mold to enable plastic to harden after the required thickness has been reached. This approach is a cost-effective way to make plastic tanks with a lot of capacity since it makes sure the walls are the same thickness and you may add complicated forms to them.
